Description
As a Quality Inspector 1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our trailers. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying potential quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on trailers throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials and final products.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues.
- Data Tracking: Track and record quality assurance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the manufacturing team to address quality issues and implement improvements.
- Documentation: Utilize checklists, standard work, and quality standards to document inspection findings and corrective actions.
- Problem-Solving: Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
