As Finisher 1, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Job Responsibilities:
· Efficiently organize and move materials, products, and parts to designated areas within trailers under construction.
· Assemble various components of equipment, structures, and products according to specifications.
· Perform rework and refinishing tasks to improve product quality.
· Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assist in the assembly process.
· Prepare parts, items, and products for subsequent production steps.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning production areas and equipment.
· Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:Education-Experience Required:
· 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
· A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
· Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
· Ability to lift, carry, and move materials.
· Knowledge of hand and power tools.
