Position Overview:
The Pizzeria Regina Pizzamaker is the heart of our operation. In this position you will be charged with producing consistently high- quality brick oven pizzas according to time honored family recipes.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making a high quality, consistent product from scratch adhering to our exact recipe specifications every time.
- Prepping toppings and other items as needed.
- Working the ovens.
- Stocking and restocking the station as needed.
- Proper stretching and dough handling.
- Working with wooden and metal boards / peels.
- Setting up, cleaning and breaking down the work station.

- Ability to remember order toppings set out in specifications.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma and / or GED is preferred
- Prior kitchen experience is necessary.
- Prior Pizza making is preferred.
- A passion to please and work in a fast- paced team environment to provide an award -winning experience for our guests is essential!
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
