Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Counter Help for our Pizzeria to provide excellent customer service and support daily restaurant operations. This role involves taking walk-in orders, preparing and packing pizza slices, and assisting with pizza preparation. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
Responsibilities
- Take walk-in orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
- Box and pack pizza slices for dine-in or take-out orders.
- Prepare pizzas by dressing them appropriately with toppings and ingredients.
- Operate the oven to cook pizza pies to perfection, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including food prep stations and customer service areas.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing customer inquiries as needed.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food service or pizzeria setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as boxing slices and operating kitchen equipment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
