Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately in person and over the phone
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails responsibly
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while providing attentive service
- Process payments using our POS system
- Assist with takeout orders and food expo when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
- Work collaboratively with both front and back of house teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed *Saturday Availability a Must
