Pizza X: E-Bike Delivery

Position Details
We are actively hiring 1 to 2 individuals seeking an employment opportunity to join our fun and fast-paced teams at Pizza X Campus and our newest Downtown location. We are looking to fill lunch and dinner shifts at both locations. E-Bike delivery can frequently outpace delivery by car meaning greater opportunity for tips!

Branded E-Bikes are provided! Must be least 18 years of age to apply.

Wage & Compensation
This is an hourly position. Pizza X E-Bike Delivery staff average between $18.50 - $24.25 per hour, including tips and mileage reimbursement. Staff members of Pizza X receive 50% off food at any Pizza X location and additional discounts at our other brands (Hive and One World Catering).

Job Description
We provide the best delivery jobs in Bloomington. Our E-Bike and our drivers are the most efficient, safest, and consistently highest paid, on average, in a competitive industry. We achieve this by keeping our delivery radius for each Pizza X store small, providing comprehensive training, and keeping great communication with our front-of-house team and management staff. Delivery staff quickly become experts on our delivery platform and know their way around Bloomington like the back of their hand. Delivery staff are also responsible for assisting with other tasks such as washing dishes and folding pizza boxes during their down time.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately deliver orders to customers.
• Washing dishes and helping to maintain a clean work area.
• Folding pizza boxes and other miscellaneous tasks between deliveries.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Good listening skills and the ability to learn quickly on-the-job.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both individually and as a team member.
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.
