Pizza Wholesale of Lexington is looking for an ambitious, hard-working individual to fill the position of Sales Specialist for our growing territory in Wisconsin. The position will be located in or near Mosinee, Green Bay, Stevens Point, and Beaver Dam, WI. and will have access to our Distribution warehouse in the same area.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Specialize in generating new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, B2B, networking and referrals.
• Seek and qualify prospects in accordance with Company guidelines and policies. Research customer business needs and develop a plan for practical application of relevant features and benefits to meet those needs.
• Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses. Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive Company vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.
• Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the accounting department and customer; collect all balances due at point of sale or based on approved credit terms with new partners
• Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events. Attend and participate in general company, regional, and district meetings to include Monday Morning Meeting in assigned district
• Participate in ongoing training sessions.
• Assist with the training of new team members as requested.
• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing new partner paperwork packets, maintaining sales records, , preparing sales quotes, and filing expense reports.
• Ensuring all necessary reporting and documentation is annotated in CRM
• Assist with installation, operations, and sample days of new accounts.
• Design layout and coordinate the installation of pizza shops on all accounts sold.
• Responsible for all necessary paperwork involved in the installation and set-up of new accounts –when proper approval from is received, as well as follow-through to determine completion.
• Coordinate and schedule all SS/DM New Store Meetings
• Coordinate with the appropriate team member the delivery of product and equipment needed for installation and sample of new accounts.
• Educate potential customers about Hunt Brothers® Pizza products and service philosophies.
• Preform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
• Legal Age: 21 years old
• Education or Equivalent Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent

• Certification/License Requirements:
o Valid Driver’s License with safe driving record
• Travel: Up to 25%
