Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders accurately
- Assist with pizza, food, and beverage preparation according to service standards
- Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Process cash, card, and other approved payments accurately
- Operate POS and ordering systems as trained
- Restock food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies
- Maintain clean and organized food preparation, service, and dining areas
- Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, counters, and workstations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
