Pizza Shuttle Team Member

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused team member to support food preparation, cooking, order accuracy, and guest service. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and creating a positive experience for every customer.

• Prepare ingredients and assemble food items according to recipes, portion standards, and customer orders.

• Cook menu items safely and consistently while following food quality and presentation guidelines.

• Operate kitchen equipment, cooking appliances, cash registers, and point-of-sale systems as required.

• Monitor food temperatures, expiration dates, product quality, and proper storage procedures.

• Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and other supplies throughout the shift.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company policies.

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service.

• Take customer orders, answer questions about menu items, and process payments accurately.

• Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and notify a supervisor when appropriate.

• Verify order accuracy and ensure food is packaged and presented correctly.

• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized dining, service, and work area.

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, food preparation, cooking, or customer service is preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, food safety procedures, and sanitation standards.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

• Reliable attendance and a positive, professional attitude.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or carry supplies as required for the position.

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

• Experience using a point-of-sale system.

• Knowledge of proper food handling, kitchen cleanliness, and workplace safety practices.
