? What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop our Back of House team to ensure every meal meets Pizza Ranch's legendary standards.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including pizza, chicken, sides, prep, and buffet quality.
• Ensure all food is prepared safely, consistently, and according to Pizza Ranch recipes and standards.
• Train and mentor team members while creating a positive, high-energy kitchen culture.
• Manage food ordering, inventory, and waste to help control costs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times.
• Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth operations during every shift.
• Jump in wherever needed and lead by example during busy meal periods.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain an outstanding kitchen team.
• Ensure every guest receives fresh, hot, high-quality food every time they visit.

? What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen leadership or restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Passion for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory, food ordering, and controlling food costs.
• Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working a rotating schedule.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, energetic, and committed to creating a positive team culture.
• A servant leader who believes no job is beneath them.

Responsibilities:

At Pizza Ranch, we view our management team as a vital part of what makes our business so successful. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of our guests by delivering on the Pizza Ranch Product standards. You will also be expected to assist the Assistant General Manager in leading the day to day operations and support BOH management of the guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback. At the Pizza Ranch, you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all of our staff and guests and to create legendary impact to those you come in to contact with.

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

• Passion for leading and developing people
• Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
• The ability to prioritize multiple situations
• Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills
• Restaurant management experience, preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• High School graduate or equivalent education
• Possess business acumen
