What will you do?
- Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
- Package cash and roll coins to be stored in drawers or the vault
- Confirm guest discounts and answer any questions
- Generate, compile, and transmit daily sales reports
- Maintain accurate tip records for payroll use and collect server cash-outs at end of shift

- Previous cash handling experience
- Excellent guest service skills
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
