Responsibilities:
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll ensure every shift delivers outstanding food, service, and hospitality by:
- Leading and motivating the team during daily operations.
- Supervising staff to maintain quality, speed, and excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen, including dishes, workstations, equipment, floors, and storage areas.
- Overseeing food preparation, portion control, inventory, and waste reduction.
- Ensuring equipment is clean, operational, and properly maintained.
- Handling cash management, opening/closing procedures, and daily reconciliation.
- Creating efficient schedules that balance staffing needs and labor costs.
- Training, coaching, and developing team members while addressing performance issues professionally.
- Resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
- Enforcing company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management or shift leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
