Pizza Palace is in need of an experienced Pizza Dough Maker.
- Previous experience in cooking/culinary arts/related field required
- Experience making, stretching, and hand pressing dough
- Be able to measure ingredients, mix dough, and monitor its preparation for baking
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well with others, team-player, and positive attitude
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to work early morning hours
