Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other necessary items.
