- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Skills
- Dependable and on time for assigned shifts.
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
