Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled, fried, and pizza dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and pizza ovens
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices
- Support food production activities such as braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques as needed
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation standards and are delivered promptly to customers or service staff
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Skills
- Proven experience as a grinder cook, fry cook, or pizza maker with knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods including grillingand frying
- Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in dish quality
- Previous experience working in high-volume production settings or restaurant environments preferred
- Excellent food handling skills coupled with a strong understanding of dietary requirements and menu adherence
