What You’ll Do
- Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
- Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
- Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
- Partner with the GM on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
