Pizza & Libations is looking for a dependable, hardworking Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. We're passionate about serving high-quality food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Whether you're an experienced pizzaiolo or someone with kitchen experience looking to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand.
- Build pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and manage our commercial pizza oven.
- Prep fresh ingredients and maintain organized workstations.
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and kitchen organization.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver food quickly and accurately.
- Help with other kitchen duties as needed during service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous pizza or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.
