Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Passion for building strong teams and creating a positive work environment & culture
- Exceptional commitment to customer service
- Desire to learn, grow, and have fun doing so
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
