What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Pizza Hut?
Under daily supervision of the General Manager, the position of the Waitstaff is responsible for cheerfully greeting customers and serving customers in a prompt and cheerful manner; taking orders and making recommendations; delivering drinks and food to the table; and checking on guest periodically. He/she is also responsible for maintaining a clean dining and restroom facility.
Essential Functions:
1. Acknowledge customers with a smile and take food and drink order. and making recommendations
2. Deliver food and drink orders.
3. Refill drinks and be attentive to customer's other needs.
4. Pre-bus tables and deliver guest checks.
5. Bus tables and fulfill assigned closing aide work.
Physical Requirements:
1. Have constant need (66%-100% of time) to stand without the benefit of support while behind the register or while greeting and serving customers.
2. Have constant need (66%-100% of time) to walk around the restaurant facility.
3. Have frequent need (33%-66% of time) to bend/stoop/squat while wiping table and chairs; grabbing for menus and silverware: reaching for register tape, while picking up trays, plates and cups; and while reaching for various items throughout shift.

5. Have occasional need (1%-33% of time) to reach above shoulders when reaching for items above shoulder level.
