Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective partners, utilizing various engagement strategies.
- Prioritize and pursue high-potential leads, leveraging market insights and targeted research.
- Facilitate discovery conversations to assess partner fit and development readiness.
- Convert qualified prospects into active development discussions, communicating our value proposition.
- Build and maintain a robust funnel of prospects in priority markets.
- Research and identify new growth opportunities, including emerging channels and property groups.
- Guide new partners through early development stages, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and onboarding processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure prospects transition smoothly into development.
- Establish trusted relationships with potential partners, serving as their primary contact.
- Communicate Pizza Hut's value proposition, concept formats, and financial considerations.
- Support outreach campaigns and industry events to promote Pizza Hut's growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate call notes, prospect records, and pipeline data within CRM tools.
- Track KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rates, and qualified opportunities created.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on trends, opportunities, and barriers.
Required Qualifications:
- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Monday.com, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong strategic outreach and lead engagement skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and consultative communication abilities.
- Proficiency in sales qualification and discovery techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM discipline and pipeline management expertise.
- Curiosity about markets, development, and operator business models.
- A proven track record of success in a similar role is an asset.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer outreach.
- Experience in franchise, retail, or multi-unit environments is preferred.
Salary : $89,300 - $94,590
