Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team to success! Duties

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance.
• Manage daily shift operations, including POS system usage ( Speedline, PAR), cash handling, and inventory control to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring efficient food production, proper food safety practices, and adherence to health regulations. Must hold a current ServeSaf Managers Certificate and alcohol awareness card. ( Or be able to obtain one within training period)
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels by engaging with guests directly and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Conduct staff training sessions on food safety management, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.
• Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement while managing budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food industry operations.
• Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, staff training, and interviewing skills.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Speedline POS and PAR POS; cash handling expertise required.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety standards, and food production processes.
• Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with leadership ability to motivate teams effectively.
• Experience in managing hospitality teams within banquet or catering settings is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for budgeting and financial analysis purposes.
• Prior assistant manager or managerial experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable.
• Must have a ServSaf managers certificate and Alcohol awareness card ( or be able to obtain one within the training period)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
