Pizza Bocca Lupo is looking for passionate pizza makers to join our wood-fired kitchen. Whether you are a Junior Maker looking to hone your craft or an experienced Senior/Shift Lead ready to run a high-volume floor, we have a place for you. We follow the traditions of Vera Pizza Napoletana and take immense pride in every pie we fire.

What You’ll Do
- Artisan Cooking: Stretch, top, and cook pizzas to VPN standards in a high-volume, wood-fired oven.
- Customer Connection: Interface with guests in our high-energy, open-kitchen environment.
- Kitchen Operations: Assist with prep, maintain strict food hygiene, and handle nightly clean-up.
- Leadership (for Lead): Oversee shift flow, manage oven temps, and support the team during peak hours.
Who You Are
- Experienced: Previous pizza-making or kitchen experience is preferred. (We will train the right Junior candidate on wood-fired techniques!).
- Reliable: You are punctual, hard-working, and available for evening and weekend shifts.
- Physically Fit: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Certified: Must have a valid ServSafe certification (or be willing to get one).
- Legal: Authorized to work in the U.S. (we use E-Verify).
