Role Overview
- The Global Operations Manager plays a key role in overseeing Pixio’s global partner account management, production scheduling, and primarily supporting operations.
- This position ensures seamless coordination across internal teams and external manufacturing/partner channels, driving operational efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Korean, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner & Account Management
- Manage daily operations and communication for global partner accounts.
- Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, credit memos, SRs, and related documentation.
- Maintain transparent communication and alignment among Pixio HQ, the China team, and partner companies.
- Ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment in accordance with partner requirements and production schedules.
2. Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Coordinate production updates, QC timelines, and shipment schedules with the China team.
- Manage customs documentation and delivery tracking for both inbound and outbound logistics.
- Anticipate and mitigate operational bottlenecks to maintain on-time shipments and compliance with partner SLAs.
- Oversee and optimize inventory flow between regions (U.S. and others).
3. System & Process Optimization
- Lead the implementation and integration of ERP/EDI systems—these systems will need to be installed at Pixio—to improve data visibility and automate workflows.
- Standardize reporting formats and ensure consistent tracking of operational metrics.
- Build scalable systems to support global growth and multi-partner collaboration.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvements.
4. Financial & Analytical Support
- Support the Financial Operations Analyst function by preparing cost, profitability, and SR/rebate analysis reports.
- Monitor (future) partners’ financial performance and ensure alignment with budgeted targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sustainable cost structures and pricing models for long-term growth.
5. Cross-Department & Global Collaboration
- Serve as the main liaison among the Operations, Sales/BD, E-commerce, Creative, and Marketing teams.
- Facilitate information flow across global regions to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Support the Director and senior leadership with project planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in global operations or key account management (preferably in consumer electronics, manufacturing, or e-commerce).
- Language: Proficiency in English and Korean (both written and verbal) required.
- Technical Skills: ERP/EDI: Hands-on ERP/EDI experience required; will lead ERP/EDI build and integration at Pixio. Prior experience setting up or implementing ERP/EDI systems is preferred. Data Visualization: Strong data visualization experience required. Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker/Looker Studio, and/or Python visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) preferred. Familiarity with international shipping, import/export documentation, and customs procedures.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and cross-cultural coordination skills. Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities. High sense of ownership, adaptability, and analytical thinking.

Salary range: $90,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
