Role Overview
Pixio is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our Lead Business Development Manager and global business operations. This role will focus on assisting with partner follow-ups, managing documentation, and providing operational support both domestically and during international business trips.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Assist the Lead Business Development Manager with partner communications and follow-ups.
- Support activities during international business trips (e.g., meeting preparation, translation support, scheduling).
- Manage action items from trips and ensure timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Partner & Account Management
- Support ongoing transactions and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, SRs, and partner documentation.
- Track key deliverables and deadlines for distributor and partner-related tasks.
Operational Assistance
- Prepare, update, and organize business documents, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, and communication for business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of ERP and EDI systems to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
Administrative Support
- Manage correspondence, meeting notes, and task tracking for the business development team.
- Provide research support for market trends, partner opportunities, and competitor analysis as needed.
- Serve as the go-to support resource for all business operation-related assistance.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, sales support, or executive assistance (preferably in consumer electronics, e-commerce or global business).
- 1-3 years of experience in onboarding retail business.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Bilingual (English/Korean) due to our international partnerships.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of ERP and EDI systems is preferred.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience Level: Entry-Level (1–3 years)
Base Salary: $60,0000 - 75,000
Salary : $75,000 - $600,000
