This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hair Stylist at our salon in Pennington, NJ. The Hair Stylist will provide exceptional haircutting, hair styling, coloring, and other hair care services. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable grooming and styling solutions, and offering expert advice on hair care products. The stylist will maintain a clean and welcoming work environment, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, and ensure each client leaves with a satisfying and polished look.
- Expertise in Haircutting, Styling, and Coloring techniques
- Experience with Formal Hairstyles, including Wedding and Bridal Hair
- Proficiency in Recommending Hair Care Products and Treatments
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Sanitation Practices in a Salon Environment
- Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends, as needed
- A valid Cosmetology or Barbering License in the state of New Jersey
