About Pixelwerx
Pixelwerx is a large-format graphics company specializing in projects that bring together design, production, and professional installation. Our work includes out-of-home advertising, environmental graphics, wall and window graphics, and vehicle wraps.
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Graphics Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for installing and removing vinyl graphics on a variety of surfaces and at client locations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, represents Pixelwerx professionally, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and remove vinyl graphics on walls, floors, windows, vehicles, and other surfaces
- Prepare, clean, measure, and inspect surfaces before installation
- Read and follow project instructions, layouts, measurements, and installation specifications
- Inspect completed installations for quality, accuracy, and proper adhesion
- Safely use installation tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members
- Identify and report project concerns, site conditions, or installation challenges
- Assist with warehouse operations and graphics production as needed
- Travel to client locations for local and out-of-town projects
- Follow company safety procedures and protect customer property throughout each installation
Qualifications

- Have schedule flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, overtime, or weekend work
- Can maintain a professional attitude and appearance at customer locations
Previous vinyl installation, vehicle wrap, signage, construction, production, or related hands-on experience is preferred. Candidates with 3M installation training, certification, or professional graphics installation experience will receive additional consideration and may qualify for higher compensation.
Compensation
Hourly compensation ranges from $22.00 to $30.00, based on relevant installation experience, technical skills, training, and certifications.
