Responsibilities:
- Coordinate information and assets for teams
- Liaise with internal client teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal resources and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Escalate any potential issues with schedule, specs, etc. immediately to Project Manager(s)
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you
- Data entry tasks into both internal and client owned systems
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Experience in Microsoft Office and other database systems
- Recent college graduate (or equivalent experience) for entry-level position in office environment
- Interest in Film & TV Digital Distribution a plus
- Interest in Localization (Dubbing, Subtitling, etc.) preferred
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Able to work independently and with a team
Salary : $24 - $29
