We’re hiring a remote contract cold‑caller to generate qualified leads for our web design and development services. You’ll be responsible for making 100 outbound calls per day, gathering key information, identifying decision makers, and securing follow‑up calls with our team. You’ll log every interaction in a Google Sheet with clear, linear notes — whether the call is positive, negative, or neutral.
This role is ideal for someone who is self‑motivated, organized, and hungry for high‑commission earnings.
- Make 100 outbound cold calls per day to businesses within assigned industries or regions.
- Follow a structured outreach script while adapting naturally to each conversation.
- Identify and confirm decision makers (owners, directors, managers, etc.).
- Secure follow‑up calls between the lead and Pixel Pier’s internal team.
- When a follow‑up call cannot be booked, collect the decision maker’s email for future outreach.
- Enter clear, linear notes into the provided Google Sheet for every call, including:
- Call outcome
- Contact name
- Decision maker info
- Email(s) collected
- Interest level
- Any objections or relevant details
- Maintain a consistent daily workflow while choosing your own hours within 7AM–6PM CST.
- Represent Pixel Pier professionally and confidently in all interactions.
