What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant position at PivotPoint Physical Therapy?
PivotPoint Physical Therapy is a growing private outpatient clinic in Roseburg, Oregon. We opened one year ago and now have a full daily schedule with an active waitlist. We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to help us expand access to care.
Our caseload includes orthopedics, post-op rehab, workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accident injuries, balance/fall prevention, general outpatient rehab, and functional return-to-work care. We are looking for someone who wants to provide high-quality, relationship-based care in a small clinic environment.
This is a great opportunity for a clinician who wants to help build a growing practice rather than simply join a large corporate system. New graduates are welcome to apply, and mentorship is available.
Ideal candidate:
- Oregon PTA license, eligibility, or Compact Privilege
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics and functional rehab
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dependable, professional, and patient-centered
- Comfortable working in a growing, small-practice setting
- Interest in workers’ comp, post-op care, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise is a plus
