PivotHire is proud to partner with an innovative, high-growth technology company in Austin, TX, in search of a Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market execution. This is a pivotal leadership role for a dynamic marketing executive who excels at building scalable marketing programs, driving qualified pipeline, and elevating brand visibility in competitive markets.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative vision, analytical rigor, and team leadership—along with a proven track record of delivering growth for B2B technology brands.

• Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and sales goals
• Oversee demand generation, product marketing, content, digital campaigns, and event strategies
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team; mentor talent across functional areas
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align messaging and GTM initiatives
• Own the brand voice and positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI, lead conversion, and retention
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership opportunities

• 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments strongly preferred
• Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategy
• Strong command of marketing tech stack and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Experience scaling marketing operations in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment

• Base Salary: $185K (commensurate with experience)
