What You’ll Own
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and design learning solutions aligned to business priorities
- Build and deliver blended learning experiences that support merchant capability, process adoption, and evolving ways of working
- Facilitate engaging workshops, learning sessions, and enablement experiences that drive application and behavior change
- Translate complex platforms, systems workflows, and product allocation strategies into practical, scalable learning content
- Leverage AI and modern L&D technologies to improve speed, personalization, and learning effectiveness
- Use learner data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously refine programs and measure impact
- Stay current on emerging learning trends, technologies, and design methodologies
- Support administration and optimization of the Learning Management System
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Proven experience designing business-aligned learning solutions within complex or matrixed organizations
- Strong needs assessment and performance consulting capabilities
- Experience translating business problems into scalable learning and workflow solutions
- Strong facilitation presence with the ability to influence leaders and enable subject matter experts
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design
- Strong interest in AI, learning technology, and modern enablement tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with authoring and visual design tools such as Articulate or Canva is a plus
- Retail, merchandising, or merchant enablement experience strongly preferred
