Fulfillment Team Lead

We are seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead to help oversee the daily operations of order fulfillment for a well-established and growing direct-to-patient healthcare company. The Operations Supervisor will manage a team of pharmacy technicians, providing hands-on training, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure consistency in operational standards and procedures.

You will support the accurate and timely fulfillment of prescription and non-prescription medications, promote a team-oriented work culture centered on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work with pharmacy automation equipment to streamline fulfillment operations and ensure optimal performance, maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
