Finance Accounting Manager
Looking for a hands-on Accounting/Finance Manager to own the close, partner with operations and commercial teams, and support FP&A activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business and helping improve systems and processes as the company grows.
What you’ll do:
- Lead monthly close and financial reporting
- Partner with operations and sales on financial insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist with systems implementations and process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- 5–8 years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP and close expertise
- Operational/commercial finance exposure
- ERP or systems implementation experience a plus
