Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Eagle, ID, for an Assistant Controller. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in audits. Additionally, the role involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company regulations. The Assistant Controller will collaborate across departments to support business objectives and growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in management reporting and general ledger processes
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- CPA required, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in real estate development or property management is advantageous
