Job Description:
The Manager has 24 hour responsibility and accountability for the management of the medical and wound units. They will uphold the mission, vision, quality statement, and values of the organization and to serve as an example to all employees. The Manager integrates the primary functions of the organization into the departments while planning, directing, and coordinating ongoing services of these departments. They are responsible for the quality and quantity of service and for contributing to the organization's financial viability through effective resource management. The Manager performs all human resource functions necessary to the management of departments.
Requirements
Minimum Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
Must have at least two years nursing experience.
Previous charge RN experience is strongly preferred.
