Director of Sales & Marketing

Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living
- Proven ability to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with community leadership and teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 bonus potential
