What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Pharmacist position at Pivotal Placement Services, Inc?
Staff Pharmacist
We are looking for full-time Pharmacists to provide high-quality patient-centered care services with a focus on quality measures. The pharmacist will supervise the daily activities of support personnel, promote cost-effective drug use, and provide quality patient care. The pharmacist will improve their professional skills and knowledge and perform all their job functions professionally.
Shift: 8 days on, 6 days off, second shift (12-10 pm)
If preferred, we have a weekend option and 12-hour shifts available. This is a hospital setting.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Must hold a current Indiana license or hold a current license within another state and be licensed in Indiana within three (3) months of hire
- BLS required
- ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire
