Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partner Manager to grow, enable, and support our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong consulting background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for AI-driven innovation. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to build high-impact partner programs and drive revenue through partner-led opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with consulting, technology, and channel partners.
- Identify, onboard, and enable new partners to drive adoption of our AI SaaS platform.
- Develop joint go-to-market plans, including co-selling, co-marketing, and solution integration strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, strategy development, and ongoing collaboration.
- Train partner teams on product capabilities, value propositions, and best practices.
- Track partner performance, pipeline, and KPIs; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align partner solutions with product roadmap.
- Support business development efforts by coordinating partner involvement in key deals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of AI market trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem dynamics—especially in energy and industrial sectors.
Qualifications
- 2 years of consulting experience (management consulting, technology consulting, or similar).
- Experience working with SaaS products, preferably in AI, data, or automation solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value.
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships or driving partner-involved sales cycles.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
