- Conduct FBAs & design BIPs
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BTs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Use data to guide and refine treatment
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience providing ABA in home, school, or community settings
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Ability to perform patient care activities including intake assessments and ongoing behavioral health support
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers
