As our Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customers
- Prepare Application and Lease documents for new residents
- Assist in marketing promotions
- Generate sales to increase occupancy
- Promote resident retention programs
- Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws
- Eligibility for semi-annual merit increases: January and July
- Paid every Friday
