What You'll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage a variety of sleep disorders, including:
- Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
- Narcolepsy
- Insomnia
- Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)
- Interpret patient histories and assess treatment effectiveness
- Develop individualized care plans, including CPAP therapy and medication management
- Educate patients on sleep health, treatment compliance, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff across multiple locations
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Uphold all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care abilities
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Sleep Medicine experience
- Experience in Pulmonary, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurology, or related specialties
