Job Description: Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities within the manufacturing operation. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, tools, and building systems to minimize downtime and maintain production quality. This is a full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance software system.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Maintaining areas that include rooms, hallways, parking lots, landscape, and sidewalks.
- Overseeing a business’s essential assets, including security alarm systems, HVAC units, plumbing system, machinery, and electrical and lighting systems.
- Fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring.
- Inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards.
- Coordinating renovations and updates.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High level of mechanical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.
- Valid Driver’s License
