As a Customer Care Agent, you will represent our telecommunication clients by speaking directly with customers. The Customer Care Agent role includes providing product knowledge, assisting with service questions, resolving concerns, and helping customers select plans and services that best fit their needs. This is a position for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Customer Care Agent Responsibilities
- Provide excellent in-person customer service to existing and new customers
- Educate customers on available telecommunication services, promotions, and solutions
- Assist with account inquiries, service changes, and general troubleshooting
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or upgrades
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor at all times
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Collaborate with Customer Care Agent team members and leadership to meet performance goals
Customer Care Agent Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
