As a Community Representative, you will be the face of our brand within local neighborhoods, responsible for educating community members about products and services, building rapport, and helping customers make informed decisions. The Community Representative role blends professional customer service with sales engagement and requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage varied daily tasks, and a results-oriented mindset.
Community Representative Responsibilities
- Serve as a knowledgeable Community Representative advocating for telecommunications products and services through in-person outreach.
- Initiate conversations with community members, listen to their needs, and provide clear, accurate information about available offerings.
- Support sales efforts by presenting products and services, answering questions, addressing objections, and helping community members through the enrollment or purchase process.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat engagement and increase overall sales performance.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals by effectively handling customer interactions, educating, influencing, and converting interest into commitments.
- Document all customer interactions, lead information, and sales activity accurately in CRM systems and reports.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new services, promotions, and competitive offerings to support effective sales conversations.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to refine outreach strategies and enhance overall sales performance.
- Represent the company professionally at community events, partner locations, and in everyday field interactions.
- Uphold company standards in appearance, conduct, and customer engagement as a Community Representative.
Community Representative Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in communications, marketing, business, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven ability to engage individuals in person and build rapport with diverse community members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support both customer service and sales situations.
- Ability to remain organized, manage time effectively, and track follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Comfortable using mobile devices, CRM tools, and digital systems to record sales activity and customer information.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment location.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently in field environments.
Pay: $3, $4,500.00 per week
