Job Summary
Pivotal is looking to hire Commercial Building Inspector who are certified under the Uniform International Building Code standards with the following specialty certification:
Building Inspections:
- Structural systems;
- Building envelope and roofing systems;
- Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems;
- Electrical systems;
- Interior architectural components;
- Civil/site infrastructure, drainage, utilities, and pavements;
- Accessibility features and observable ADA deficiencies;
- Elevators, lifts, and conveyance systems;
- Major maintenance and operational equipment.
Duties
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Perform existing building inspection for the purpose of condition building assessment
Minimum requirement
- Uniform International Building Code Certification
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Salary : $40 - $50
