Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year DOE
Pivotal Construction is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Tenant Improvement Superintendent to join our growing team. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing commercial TI projects from start to finish while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities for commercial tenant improvement projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules
- Maintain project safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company and client expectations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, architects, and subcontractors
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively
- Maintain accurate daily logs and project documentation
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction and/or tenant improvements
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, and safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in construction technology and project management software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
