Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment plans as per agency standards and BACB requirements
- Deliver minimum monthly parent training and coaching to support skill generalization and family involvement
- Monitor client progress, review data, and update treatment goals and programming as needed
- Complete documentation, including treatment plans, supervision notes, and progress reports
- Ensure services meet ethical and professional standards set by the BACB
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent and effective care
- Conduct behavioral skills assessments and design treatment programs for clients
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Maintain professional credentials and technical knowledge
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
- Be able to work with a diverse team of professionals to provide the best behavioral services possible to clients
- Attend staff trainings and agency meetings
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of a Master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study is preferred.
- Have obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to client homes within the Austin area as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
