Registered Behavior Technician

Overview
Pivotal Behavior ABA (PBA), in partnership with REACH Academy, is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

This is a unique opportunity to work across both clinical ABA services and an innovative, industry-based learning environment, supporting learners ages 3–28 with autism and co-occurring disorders.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for team members who are excited about growth, leadership opportunities, and making a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy in clinic, community, and school settings
• Support learners in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Assist with data collection and session documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and families
• Support classroom routines and structured learning activities at REACH Academy

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with individuals with autism preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in varied environments (clinic, school, community)
• Passion for working with diverse learners

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
