General Manager – HVAC Branch (Tucson, AZ)
Location: Tucson, AZ
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 1 Saturday per month
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our HVAC store branch in Tucson. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
You will be the point person for the branch, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and staff performance
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and job priorities
- Drive sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards
- Handle customer issues and resolve escalations professionally
- Track performance, reports, and branch KPIs
- Coordinate with ownership and upper management
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager
- HVAC industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using computers, software, and basic reporting tools
- Organized, accountable, and results-driven
